Improved: Remove the declaration of the unused http view handler
(OFBIZ-13648)
The framework removes the http view type (HttpViewHandler), which nothing
uses, so this controller no longer declares it. This change has to be merged
before the one in the framework (apache/ofbiz-framework, OFBIZ-13648),
otherwise the ecommerce web application fails to start when it loads the view
handlers.
