Fixed: CodeQL workflow fails while printing debug logs
Since github/codeql-action 4.39.0 the post step of the init action reads
each CodeQL debug log into a single string before printing it. On release24.09
the Java execute-queries log is larger than the maximum string size Node.js
allows, so every CodeQL run now fails with "Cannot create a string longer than
0x1fffffe8 characters", even though the analysis and the SARIF upload complete
successfully. Debug mode was left on from earlier troubleshooting of the
workflow and is not needed for [...]
