The new version of oodt.apache.org has been rolled up (by me) and published to
minotaur (by Sean Kelly). Chris found a few small corrections (I am
fixing)....so before I close this issue out completely, can the team please
look the site over and make sure I didn't miss anything.
I plan to make one more commit and svn up in 48 hours or so.
