Hey [~lewismc], as I expected the patch was created against a checkin that has
not been committed. If you look at it on line 12751 of OODT-685v1.patch it is
is trying to edit line 117 of filemgr/src/test/resources/cmd-line-options.xml
where this file does not exist yet in svn trunk r1601508. There is a patch
somewhere that has the creation of cmd-line-options.xml that needs to be
applied before OODT-685v1.patch. Hope this helps, ping if you have any other
issues
