Hi Shakeh,
I just tried the above command and followed the steps on the wiki :
https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/OODT/RADiX+Powered+By+OODT.
Works well and I'm able to see the ops ui status.
I don't have any instances running yet, but will be testing it soon.
