Uberjar with all necessary remote client jars

Create a jar that would contain all of the necessary jars that are required to
connect remotely to a openejb instance. People would not have to specify all
jars necessary on the command line, but just run a command as follows:
java -jar openejb-client.jar mypackage.MyRemoteStandaloneClient
