While incorporating Maven 2 Remote Resources Plugin into openejb build I came
across an issue with org.apache.axis2:axis2-jaxws-api that caused the plugin
failed with CCE. Having upgraded the dependency to 1.3 I killed two birds with
one stone: a) made the plugin work in our build, b) moved the dependency to a
final version.
BTW: It was a custom build of the org.apache.axis2:axis2-jaxws-api -
1.3-r562247. I wonder why that was at all.
