This diff includes moves the server definition plugin into a subfolder and adds
the annotation plugin. Both plugins are bundled into a single feature. The
whole set can now be built with Maven, and this produces an update site.
Because this diff adds quite a few new files, and moves the existing plugin to
a subfolder I found creating a bit tricky. I have tried this patch with a diff
-t -p0 < diff.txt which worked, but left a extra
org.eclipse.jst.server.generic.openejb folder at the root, which I had to
remove manually.
