Description:
if log4j is in the webapp, errors are printed at startup because of
tempclassloader
it is not importatn since then the webappclassloader will load them again but
it is a bit "scaring" when you see it first
Summary: Have a look if warning dur to load webapp classes from
tempclassloader couldnt be avoided (was: when a class package is asked to be
skipped try to load it from tempclassloader parent if it is not in container
classloader)
