You can do this with a connector (needed for inbound connectors). Because it
isn't there it prevents a RAR from being deployed as a resources.xml instead
(skipping the RAR and EAR). You have to put the <Container> element in the
tomee.xml, which of course means you have to put the ResourceAdapter <Resource>
declaration in the tomee.xml as well, and then you've pretty much lost the
value of resources.xml at that point.
