well at least we clearly cant for 4.5.1 since that's just a maintenance release
that's said i know we have a lot of users using old apps which will not expect
it.
that's said if you want it default for your computer you should just add this
property in ~/.openejb/system.properties, it should work and avoid you the need
to configure it for each instance/pu you create by computer
