We tried to deprecate this for TomEE 1.0 / OpenEJB 4.0, but there were
objections due to webservice related descriptors. We need to ensure all the
things that can be done with the openejb-jar.xml v2 file can be done with the
current openejb-jar.xml and that there are *no* examples using the old
descriptor.
