Resolution: Cannot Reproduce
Fix Version/s: 2.1.0 Apache Release
just have tested it using Moodle plugin (it uses
setUserObjectAndGenerateRoomHashByURLAndRecFlag)
Chat works as expected
I'm afraid more repo steps are required
