Step for realization:
1. Add button to the tools group for setting dimensions (there need some
picture for this button).
2. The button should open a dialog where two dimensions could be set (we should
think if these could be any numbers or there are some predefined set of
possible dimensions)
3. Scroll and zoom functions should work with the dimensions (if after scroll
or zoom operation some outside area become visible the operation should be
reverted).
4. Dimension changes should be translated to peers.
