Hello developers,
I have two issues with the version 3.0.7.
1) I can't upload any image to any profile.
2) There is a large delay to desktop sharing. Only low quality with 2 FPS is
function but you cannot see nothing in this quality.
Do you believe that if i upgrade to another version the issues will be solved?
Otherwise tell me where is the problem in order to try to fix it myself.

I see sort of misunderstanding here:
there are 2 types of artifacts: binary and source. The difference between then
is: you can unpack-start binary artifact and you need unpack-compile-start
source artifacts
there are also 2 kinds of downloads: release and snapshot, the difference is:
release is officially signed, fully tested version of a product (containing
both sources and binaries) and snapshot is intermediate version with some of
the defects fixed.
In OM there are also 2 branches of code: development "trunk" (4.0.0) and stable
"branch" (3.1.0), I don't recommend using 4.0.0 since it is currently unusable
I do believe questions like this need to be discussed in mailing lists
http://openmeetings.apache.org/mail-lists.html, not in JIRA issues
