..yes you are right, but the only way that i know to avoid
"The page isn't redirecting properly"
...it is run to start the installation:
sudo /opt/open501/bin/startup.sh
...then doesn't show up that message
and can continue the installation.
The rest of tomcat4 information is to
tell you that the message doesn't show
up again using the script.
About to test tomcat4 in your Ubuntu 20.04
yes would be good if kurento user is "nobody"
and turn server uservname is also "nobody" and
/your_OM5_path_installation is nobody:nogroup
...
