was 792a83d OPENNLP-827 Add more test cases for WSD component - adds a
ton of tests for most classes / methods in wsd component - drops
OSCCWSDContextGenerator.java as the impl was not working (well) and it was
simply unused throughout the wsd component - improves and fixes code along the
path where useful / required - improves JavaDoc (a bit) along the path
The revisions that were on this branch are still contained in
other references; therefore, this change does not discard any commits
from the repository.
