This PR aims to fix identified issues in 0.7.0-rc3 by: 1. Reverting https://github.com/apache/otava/pull/86, https://github.com/apache/otava/pull/91, and parts of https://github.com/apache/otava/pull/95 aiming to fix config parsing. 2. Fixing #82 in a more isolated way.
