Update hbase-common, hbase-shaded-client, ... to 2.6.7 (#1986)
* Update hbase-common, hbase-shaded-client, ... to 2.6.7
* HBase: keep real JUnit jars ahead of hbase-shaded-testing-util
Motivation:
hbase-shaded-testing-util 2.6.7 bundles unshaded JUnit Jupiter and
JUnit Platform engine classes from an older release (2.6.6 bundled none).
It sits ahead of the JUnit jars on the forked test classpath, so the
JUnit Platform launcher 6.0.3 paired with the stale engine classes and
HBaseStageTest failed discovery with "OutputDirectoryProvider not
available".
Modification:
Reorder the HBase Test / fullClasspath so junit-* and opentest4j-* jars
come first. Only the JUnit classes change precedence.
Result:
hbase tests pass on Scala 2.13 and 3 (18 passed, 0 errors).
