The InstanceRequest thrift object is used to send query execution
information to the server by the broker. The object can only store information
for a single table. For Logical Table support, the object needs to store
information for a list of tables.
Add a new thrift spec TableSegmentsInfo that stores that table name and
list of segment names that have to be queried. Add a TableSegmentsInfo list to
the the InstanceRequest spec.
