I have completed the following tasks: * Created a new `SchemaFromAvroParquetCommand` command to convert Avro or Parquet schemas into a Pinot schema. * Implemented the conversion logic for both Avro and Parquet formats. * Integrated the new command into the `PinotAdministrator` command-line tool. * Removed the old `AvroSchemaToPinotSchema` command.
