Hi Pinot maintainers, I'd like to work on this issue. My approach would be to review the broker FailureDetector implementation and the related broker configuration constants, then add user-facing documentation that explains what the module does, how it marks/unmarks unhealthy servers, the relevant configuration knobs, and any operational caveats for routing/query behavior.
