@Jackie-Jiang I opened #19202 with an end-to-end fix for the two
configuration boundaries involved here.
so this change preserves `${provider:...}` references during Pinot's
table-config environment substitution when the alias is declared by
`config.providers`, then carries `config.providers` and
`config.providers.<alias>.*` through the Kafka 3.x and 4.x client filters. It
also applies filtering to the production shared AdminClient path.
