Pinot still depends on tdunning t-digest 3.3. Reuse Pinot's K1 accumulator across query, Star-tree and rollup paths while preserving legacy verbose/compact BYTES, intermediate type 10 and RAW output; Java callers now use Pinot's TDigest type. **Reproduction:** Run `./mvnw -pl pinot-segment-local -am dependency:tree -Dincludes=com.tdunning:t-digest` on master to see the dependency. **Validation:** All 453 targeted tests and 322 old 3.2/3.3 reader cases pass, along with formatting, license and checkstyle checks; the four services' runtime dependency trees no longer include tdunning.
