Fix JDK 25 compilation of `ZstandardDecompressor` by replacing deprecated `Zstd.decompressedSize()` with `getFrameContentSize()`, preserving size and error results. **Reproduce:** On unpatched master with JDK 25, run `./mvnw -pl pinot-segment-local -am test-compile`; compilation fails with `cannot access NotNull`. **Validation:** JDK 25 compilation of `pinot-segment-local` and its dependencies, all 19 existing `TestCompression` tests, and affected-module precommit checks passed; native API comparison covered known/unknown sizes, empty frames, nonzero positions, and invalid/truncated headers. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
