I checked 1.3.7: its [release
notes](https://github.com/reactor/reactor-netty/releases/tag/v1.3.7) require
Netty 4.2.17, while Pinot manages 4.1.139. Forcing it onto the current
classpath fails with `NoClassDefFoundError:
io/netty/channel/MultiThreadIoEventLoopGroup` during client-loop initialization.
I kept 1.2.18 for this scoped fix and upgraded Reactor Core to 3.8.7. The
HTTP-server-only CVE is addressed by removing the unused server package;
packaged Azure client checks and current-head CI pass. Moving to 1.3.x should
accompany a separately validated Netty 4.2 upgrade.
