Review Comment:
Minor style: there's no blank line between
`setUseParquetNativeDirectReader(...)` and this
`useColumnMajorSegmentBuilder()` getter. Every other method here is separated
by one. Worth adding a blank line so the linter stays happy and it reads
consistently.
