Closing in favor of the existing aggregate rewrite framework: `AggregateFunctionRewriteOptimizer` (single-stage) and `PinotAggregateFunctionRewriteRule` (multi-stage). Type-dependent aggregates will be rewritten to explicit-type forms such as `FIRST_WITH_TIME(value, time, 'TYPE')`, which carry the type in the call itself, so no new request or plan metadata is needed.
