Merged master into the branch (7abcc71b3f), which also brings in #19909's changes to the same controller files. On the rerun, every check passes except Pinot Integration Test Set 1, and that failure is unrelated to this change: - `WindowFunnelTest.testFunnelCompleteCountGroupByQueries(boolean)[1]`: `expected [40] but found [36]`. It is a multi-stage funnel query on an offline table. - Master hits the same failure in [run 39742128873](https://github.com/apache/pinot/actions/runs/39742128873) at 24c520be6e.
