- Enable fingerprinting by default for both query engines and reload the existing flag from cluster config; preserve the `pinot.all` alias. - After upgrading brokers, set `pinot.broker.enable.query.fingerprinting=false` or `true` to toggle it live; remove it to restore the broker fallback.
