## Description
with this fix, the custom headers are sent out properly like below
```
$ nc -l 8000 // starting a dummy server
POST /query/sql HTTP/1.1
Authorization: XXXX..... // a custom header to carry security token
Content-Type: application/json
User-Agent: Java/11.0.11
Host: localhost:8000
Accept: text/html, image/gif, image/jpeg, *; q=.2, */*; q=.2
Connection: keep-alive
Content-Length: 87
{"sql":"select playerName, runs, homeRuns from baseballStats order by yearID
limit 10"}
```
early on, the custom headers were sent out like below
```
$ nc -l 8000
POST /query/sql HTTP/1.1

Content-type: application/x-www-form-urlencoded
