- Use `string` as the mailbox id
- Use one single `MailboxService` implementation to handle both local and
remote mails
- Solve the dangling mailbox caused by late mails
- If the mailbox is not fully consumed (no successful EOS), keep it within
the cache but remove all the data blocks (use it as tombstone)
- Do not allow new data blocks to be added when mailbox is
cancelled/errored
