@snleee @sajjad-moradi Thanks for the suggestion, removed from
`LineageManager` and added `PinotTaskSegmentGroupManager` interface. Custom
class can be registered via
`PinotTaskManager.registerTaskSegmentGroupManager()`. Please take another look.
