Had a discussion with @Jackie-Jiang and decided we don't want to merge this PR. - This PR is to optimize queries from V2. Now we are not merging https://github.com/apache/pinot/pull/11449 so this PR is not useful. - We prefer a more comprehensive solution which is to optimize such queries (e.g. `expression IS TRUE`) directly in V1. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
