**Whats in the PR:**
Enabling avro parquet reader to read int96 types.
**Why this is needed:**
We need avro reader to workaround int96 issues in input/source parquet data.

java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: INT96 is deprecated. As interim enable
READ_INT96_AS_FIXED flag to read as byte array.
