When the compaction is configured with a `bufferTimePeriod` value `< (2 * segmentCommitInterval)` the tasks fail due to the following `NotFoundException`:  This exception occurs because the compaction tasking is requesting the validDocIds from a server that hasn't yet generated the snapshot file. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
