- PR #15264 changes the build jobs, and it's necessary to drop the required
checks `CI - Unit - Brokers - JDK 8` and `CI - Integration - Shade` before

PR can be merged.
### Modifications
- remove `CI - Unit - Brokers - JDK 8` and `CI - Integration - Shade` from
required checks
