According to your requirements and suggestions, I originally wanted to create a PR separately as a document change description, but I accidentally put `reference-metrics.md` submitted to the current branch. Therefore, I re created another branch to serve as the description PR(https://github.com/apache/pulsar/pull/18551) of this broker metrics change document. This content changes of broker metrics in the `reference metrics. md` file of the two PRs are the same.
