### Search before asking - [X] I searched in the [issues](https://github.com/apache/pulsar/issues) and found nothing similar. ### Motivation Apache pulsar supports retention by time. But we can not check what is the current ledger timestamp. We can only check the logs to get the ledger creation time to guess the previous ledger close time. ### Solution We already record it in the ledger info.
