Okay, so I managed to get the application to run after switching to OpenJDK 11. But the UI is still not loading. I can see that the backend and the herd DB port is coming up, but the UI port 9527 is not listening.  The application.properties file does not have port 9527 referenced anywhere and also looking at the "pulsar-manager.log" file, I also don't see any errors related to port 9527. Is there any additional configuration required for the UI to come up?
