   This PR adds a new article titled "Goodbye Distributed Locks: Message 
Orchestration at Scale with Apache Pulsar" to the resources under the articles 
category. The article, published on the Attentive Tech Blog in April 2025, 
discusses architectural evolution's for achieving mutual exclusivity at scale 
using Apache Pulsar.
