### Motivation There are avro schemas that do not include any properties. Allow setting the default global of jsr310 conversion to true if the client already generated java objects using that avro schema ### Modifications Keep current functionality but allow a pulsar client user to change the default global jsr310 conversion to true ### Verifying this change - [ ] Make sure that the change passes the CI checks.
