It seems that ManagedCursorTest.cursorPersistenceAsyncMarkDeleteSameThread is also flaky. About 1 or 2 fail out of 100 when running locally. I suppose that there's a lot more flakiness in CI due to less CPU cores. I wonder why #25087 triggers these problems.
