I've worked on this issue and raised a PR to address it:

What was done:
- Created a new docs/administration-autorecovery.md page in
apache/pulsar-site covering:
- AutoRecovery purpose and how it handles under-replicated ledgers
- Auditor and Replication Worker architecture
- Deployment options (embedded vs dedicated nodes)
- Start commands (foreground and daemon)
- Key bookkeeper.conf configuration parameters
- Enable/disable/status shell commands
- Manual recovery CLI commands
- Prometheus metrics for monitoring
- Updated sidebars.json to register the page under the Administration
section (after the ZooKeeper & BookKeeper page)
