I will attempt to reproduce the issue on a supported version of Pulsar client and Pulsar broker. ### User environment Broker version: 3.0.16, 4.0.10 Broker Operating system and hardware type: Rocky 9, NA Client Java version: NA ### Issue Description Updating Pulsar functions (`pulsar-admin functions update ... `) fails when the function was created with a jar that was provided as a http url. ###
