rdhabalia opened a new pull request #5306: [pulsar-broker] support update partition for global topic URL: https://github.com/apache/pulsar/pull/5306 ### Motivation We are having many customer ask to update partition on global topic which is not supported. In that case, admin has to perform manual steps to create subscriptions in all clusters and update partitions for that global topic. So, broker should support updating partitions on global topic. ### Modification Update-partition API support global topic.
