   **Describe the bug**

   topicName: persistent://public/default/test-string5
   
   When a consumer subscribes to a topic, the name of the topic is not output 
in the consumer log，after deleting topic from conf and creating consumer, the 
topic is not inserted into conf again. If there are multiple input topics, the 
output will be normal.
