**Is your enhancement request related to a problem? Please describe.** The current Pulsar connector is not usable in Trino. The package names have been changed from io.presto to io.trino The presto sql functionality is also directly packaged with Pulsar, it would be better to let Trino package the connector. **Describe the solution you'd like** Separate the presto connector from pulsar and let it be distributed by Trino. Update the connector to comply with the new Trino package names, headers,...
