### Motivation Remove `LocalZooKeeperConnectionService`. We can now avoid to have an extra ZK client. Since BookKeeper client is still at the moment requiring the ZK client, we can share the underlying ZK client instance from `ZKMetadataStore`, until we pass a `MetadataStore` interface there. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
