The create half of this landed in #6644 (merged into `rocketmq-studio` as `9c270f50b`): `POST /api/topics/create` accepts `type=LITE` with `liteTtlMinutes`, writes `+message.type=LITE` and `+lite.topic.expiration` in a single `createAndUpdateTopicConfig` so the parent cannot end up never-expiring, and goes through `MetadataService.createTopic` so ownership, audit and catalog behaviour match other topic creates. Two notes on what merged: - Creating a Lite parent on a cloud-vendor instance is rejected with 501 (`ownershipGuard.requireInstance` + `requireSupportedProvider`, the same gate `extendTTL` uses), because the vendor path forwards only `messageType` and has no TTL field. - An omitted `liteTtlMinutes` is filled with a 1440-minute default rather than forwarded as absent, since the broker attribute defaults to `-1` = never expire.
